Capital Group has been operating in Russia since 1991.

The main focus of the company’s activities since 1993 has been the development of real estate projects. Our main areas of expertise are carrying out initial analyses of potential sites for development and researching the real estate market to ensure that developments will be rentable and that there will be demand for the space that is brought on to the market.

 It also carries out detailed business planning, implements construction activities, provides quality control services over construction and assembly works on site, creating effective marketing and advertising policies, and also sales canpaigns, financial and risk management, and full administrative and exploitation services of completed real estate developments.

 The Group has built and is in the process of constructing 50 commercial and residential projects with a total area of over 5 million sqm. Most of them have won awards from the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Science, and from the Moscow government.

The structure of the Holding comprises affiliated enterprises from all sides of the business:

Capital Group operates as a technical customer in the construction process.

Capital Group Marketing – is responsible for the marketing and sales policies of the Group and also organizes and implements advertising activities for the whole company.

Capex – manages all Capital Group’s completed real-estate developments.

Capital Group Design – organizes finishing works for customers and tenants. In addition, there are over 30 branch establishments of the Group that own rights on completed real estate projects.
