There are two lobbies in the office part of the complex that lead to entrances into Capital Building A and Capital Building B. If you arrive to the office area of Capital City by underground you may enter the office lobbies from the MIBC main body. If you are the office worker you may also get into the complex from the ring traffic of the MIBC main body and from the embankment to the office parking zone. The office parking includes 1230 car places and you can use elevators to get from the parking zone to the office lobbies.  Visitors of the office complex may use the guest parking that includes 225 car places.

Capital City office lobby are NBBJ specially designed with expensive finishing materials. This unique design incorporates technology with art. Walls are decorated with rare wood, floors and pillars are made of snow-white marble, two designer reception desks — from bronze metal. A glowing translucent resin niche features a digital building directory and flat screen panels featuring global business news events while large artwork by Russian artists is featured along each side of the space. Additionally, the lobby area features a mix of different types of lounge spaces for casual or impromptu meetings.
